Corrections with V3.4.9

Corrections :

- management of the "one-key" shortcuts froms the PC keyboard. A menu is available to set the keyborad disposal

- menu edit/expression : 4 cursors to set the "one-key" values for the mixer (forte, ... tacet)

- sf2 piano is visible (it was not visible on Mac because uppercase extnsion SF2 (please check your ExpresseurV3/resources))

- Some bugs
